I wanted to share a reflection that I believe is an important part of the self-discovery journey. One of the greatest challenges we face is learning to distinguish between what we truly want and what we have unconsciously adopted from the people around us. We are constantly influenced by our families, communities, friends, social media, and the people we admire. We hear about their dreams, goals, and aspirations, and often, without realizing it, we begin to carry those dreams as if they were our own.
