Letters for Living : The Next Chapter Begins

 Letters for Living #54

Helping you move from surviving to living with purpose.

As-salaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh, dear beautiful souls,

Bismillah.

It's been two weeks since I last sat down to write to you.

Not because I had nothing to say...

Quite the opposite.

Sometimes life gently invites us into a season of stillness. Not because we planned it, but because it's exactly where we need to be.

That has been my journey over the past two weeks.

I've been reflecting, observing, learning, and simply listening.

Listening not only to my own heart, but also to the subtle signs that Allah places before us when we slow down enough to notice them.

I've come to realise that life is constantly speaking to us.

The question is... are we quiet enough to hear it?

So often, we search outside ourselves for answers. We rush from one thing to the next, believing that if we just do a little more, achieve a little more, or fix one more thing, then we'll finally find clarity.

But what if clarity doesn't come through doing?

What if it comes through being?

Through stillness.

Through creating enough space to hear what Allah is gently trying to show us.

One of the most profound realisations I've had this year is about my own work.

Many of you know me as an Emotional Healing Therapist and Transformational Mindset Coach.

That hasn't changed.

I still believe, with all my heart, that healing our emotional wounds, understanding our patterns, and making peace with our past is an essential part of our journey.

Healing matters.

It always will.

But over the years, I've also realised something equally important.

Healing is the foundation.

Transformation is the purpose.

Sometimes we can become so focused on understanding ourselves that we forget to become ourselves.

We continue analysing, uncovering, and searching for answers, yet we hesitate to take the next step.

There comes a point where life gently asks us a different question.

"Now that you understand yourself... who are you choosing to become?"

That question has stayed with me.

And I believe it marks a new season—not only for me, but for the work I feel Allah has entrusted me with.

My heart is no longer simply to help women heal.

My heart is to help women live.

To live with greater peace.

Greater intention.

Greater trust.

Greater emotional freedom.

To move from surviving... into truly living.

Because healing was never meant to keep us looking backwards forever.

It was meant to give us the freedom to move forward.

To love more deeply.

To trust Allah more fully.

To build healthier relationships.

To set boundaries with wisdom.

To pursue our purpose with confidence.

To become the women Allah created us to be.

This shift has also inspired something we've recently started in our Soulful Serenity community: our 30-Day Stillness Challenge.

It's beautifully simple.

Just ten minutes each day.

No pressure.

No perfection.

Just creating the habit of being still.

Because stillness isn't about doing nothing.

It's about creating space.

Space to breathe.

Space to reflect.

Space to reconnect with yourself.

And most importantly, space to reconnect with Allah.

If you'd still like to join us, you're more than welcome. We'd love to have you.

This shift will also be reflected in everything I create going forward.

Whether it's one-on-one emotional healing sessions, transformational coaching, my workshops, or courses like Safe to Trust, the intention remains the same.

Not simply to help you understand yourself.

But to give you practical tools that help you create lasting transformation in your everyday life.

Because transformation doesn't happen in one breakthrough moment.

It happens through small, intentional choices made consistently over time.

If you're ready to begin that journey, I currently have two spaces available for August for one-on-one sessions.

You can also explore my self-paced workshops—including Safe to Trust—along with other resources on my website:

www.naziasaley.com

And before I end, I have one more exciting piece of news.

This August, together with Project Barakah and Project Rahmah, we're preparing something very special.

A movement that has been growing quietly behind the scenes.

I can't share all the details just yet...

But I truly believe it's going to touch many lives, in shaa Allah.

So keep an eye out over the coming weeks.

I can't wait to share this journey with you.

A Closing Reflection

Perhaps the life you're longing for doesn't begin when everything around you changes.

Perhaps it begins the moment you choose to become intentional about the woman you're becoming.

Because transformation isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about becoming more of who Allah created you to be.

And maybe...

this next chapter isn't simply about healing.

Maybe it's about finally living.

With sincerity and du'as,

Nazia Saley

Letters for Living -Newsletter 55 When You Feel Like There Is Nowhere to Go

Letters for Living #55 Helping you move from surviving to living with purpose. As-salaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh, dear beautiful souls, Bismillah. It’s been a few weeks since I last sat down to write to you. And perhaps that in itself is part of today's reflection. Because life happens. We make plans. We have ideas about how things are going to unfold. We place things into little boxes in our minds and think, this is how it’s going to be. And then life takes us somewhere completely different. Sometimes gently. Sometimes not so gently. And I think one of the hardest things for us to accept is just how uncertain life really is. We can have a plan today and tomorrow something changes. A person changes. A door closes. Money disappears. An opportunity doesn't work out. Something we were relying on suddenly isn't there anymore. And when that happens, we can realise just how much of our sense of safety was attached to that particular thing. Because when the means ...

ABOUT

NAZIA Saley Transformational and Mindset Coach Emotional Healing Therapist About Me Life has a way of shaping us, often through challenges that leave us questioning our worth, our strength, and our purpose. For years, I wore a smile that masked a whirlwind of low self-esteem, anxiety, and quiet despair. I believed I had to appear strong, flawless, and unshaken, even as I felt lost and disconnected inside. In 2006, I reached a pivotal moment—a turning point where I realized that merely existing was no longer enough. I began the courageous journey of self-healing, peeling back the layers of doubt and pain to uncover the light that had been within me all along. That journey transformed not only my life but also my purpose. Today, as an emotional healing therapist and transformational coach, I am passionate about guiding others to rediscover their own light, heal from within, and live in alignment with their true selves. I believe that every person has the power to overcome self-doubt,...
