Soulful Serenity Community
As-salamu alaykum, dear beautiful soul,
Bismillah.
There’s something I’ve been noticing more and more… not just around me, but in the way people are feeling lately.
There’s a sense of uncertainty.
Things are going up.
The conversations around us are filled with worry.
Everywhere you look, something is being said about what’s going wrong, what might happen, what we need to be afraid of.
And even if you try not to focus on it… it still finds a way in.
Quietly.
Into your thoughts.
Into your body.
Into the way you start to anticipate life.
But if you really sit with it… this isn’t new.
This pattern has been there for years.
Prices go up.
Situations change.
The narrative shifts slightly… but the feeling stays the same.
Fear.
And what’s interesting is… even though we’ve seen this pattern repeat over and over again…
we still get pulled into it, as though it’s something completely new.
And this is where something deeper comes in.
Because life, in many ways, moves in patterns.
But the way we experience those patterns… is shaped by what we believe.
By the lens we’re looking through.
Because at the same time that things are “getting harder”…
people are still living.
Still being provided for.
Still moving forward.
And that’s not by coincidence.
That’s because provision has never been tied to what’s happening outside.
It’s always been tied to the One who controls it.
Allah
And this is where belief becomes everything.
Because what you expect… quietly shapes what you experience.
If your expectation is rooted in fear…
then everything around you will confirm that fear.
But if your expectation is rooted in knowing that Allah is in control… that provision comes from Him… that what is written for you will reach you…
then something within you begins to settle.
Not because circumstances have suddenly changed…
but because your relationship with them has.
And at the same time… we also have to be honest about something.
Sometimes it’s not as simple as “just believe.”
Because for many of us, the fear we feel is not just about what’s happening now.
It’s connected to what we’ve carried.
Old experiences.
Old beliefs.
Things we’ve internalised over time.
And that’s why even when we know the truth… we still feel the anxiety.
We still feel the overwhelm.
And that’s where the deeper work comes in.
Not just shifting what you think…
but understanding what’s sitting underneath it.
Because when you begin to work through that… when you begin to process what you’ve been holding… when you start to become aware of your patterns…
something changes.
You’re no longer reacting in the same way.
You’re no longer pulled into every wave of fear.
You begin to feel… steadier.
More grounded.
More able to return to trust.
And this is really the work that I am so passionate about.
Helping women move from just knowing… to actually experiencing that shift within themselves.
Because life is not meant to be lived in survival mode.
You were created with purpose.
And to step into that… there is a level of unlearning that needs to happen.
A returning.
A grounding.
And with that, I just want to share this ....
I do have a few spaces that have opened up this month for one-on-one emotional healing sessions,
If you’ve been feeling this… if you know that there’s something deeper you need to work through… you’re welcome to reach out and enquire before the spaces fill. Whatsapp: https://wa.me/27765715382
There are also options available for online learning and masterclasses, if you prefer to start there.
And inshaAllah, towards the end of May, The Grounded Woman will be opening again.
This is for those who are ready to move beyond just understanding… and into consistent, supported action, having that space where you’re guided, supported, and held accountable in your growth.
A Closing Reflection
Maybe the question is not just…
“What is happening around me?”
But rather…
“What am I believing within it?”
Because that belief…
quietly shapes how you feel, how you respond, and how you experience your life.
And when that begins to shift…
everything else follows.
With sincerity and du’a,
Nazia
