I hope this message finds you in a gentle moment of pause, wherever you are, whatever is unfolding.

This past week, I’ve been sitting with this truth again and again: healing is not linear, and sometimes the most powerful shifts happen not through doing more, but by surrendering, reflecting, and allowing space for inward honesty. And with that in mind, I’m really looking forward to sharing what’s coming up for us this week.


🌿 Journaling Through the 10 Days of Hajj

In these sacred days ahead, we’ll be holding space in the community for a special journaling journey throughout the 10 days of Hajj. It’s not just about writing for the sake of writing, this will be about conscious reflection. A chance to look inward and ask:

  • Where am I still holding on too tightly?
  • What attachments are keeping me stuck?
  • Where do I need to soften and accept?

This is not just about letting go,it’s about opening to something deeper. Whether or not you're going for Hajj, these days hold immense spiritual weight and are a powerful time to reconnect to your intention and inner voice. 🌀 The Power of Environment

Sometimes, we feel emotionally, mentally, or spiritually stuck. and it’s not because we aren’t doing enough or trying hard enough. It might simply be that our environment has become stagnant.

There’s a saying I always come back to: “We want everything to change… but we don’t change anything.”

Even something as small as stepping out for a walk, changing up your routine, or creating a new space in your home can begin to break the cycle. Movement creates momentum. And research shows that just a simple shift in environment, even briefly can activate different neural pathways and support emotional regulation.

So, if you're feeling like you're in a rut, don’t judge yourself. But maybe ask yourself gently: What can I change around me to feel more alive again?
