Soulful Serenity Community
As-salamu alaykum, dear beautiful soul,
Bismillah.
It is human nature to feel fear.
Many of us grew up in an atmosphere where fear was almost normalised. The news was filled with crises. Conversations were filled with “what if?” From a young age, we absorbed the subtle message that something could go wrong at any moment. And even though most of those fears never actually transpired, the wiring remained.
That wiring quietly shapes how we move through life.
One of the deepest fears I’ve observed, within myself and within so many women I work with, is the fear of not having enough. Not enough money. Not enough security. Not enough stability. Scarcity.
And when scarcity sits in the nervous system, it changes how we behave. We become afraid of giving. Afraid of letting go. Afraid of trusting. We stay busy , constantly running, earning, saving, searching for the best deals, trying to secure every outcome. And when we achieve those little “wins,” we feel proud , as though we’ve conquered something.
But if we are honest, we must ask: where is our trust placed?
Somewhere along the way, many of us began placing our trust in the means instead of the Source. And the Source is Allah.
Allah
When fear dominates, our connection weakens. And that is exactly what Shaytan wants ,to keep us preoccupied, anxious, always striving, always scanning for danger. A thought is planted, and we ruminate. We reply. We catastrophise. And before we know it, the body is tense, and the heart is unsettled.
There are generally two roots of this fear:
- Whispered thoughts that we entertain and expand.
- Conditioning , generational patterns and constant exposure to alarming information.
We live in a time of information overload. Inflation. Crisis. Conflict. Tragedy. Even if you scroll past it, your nervous system registers it. I’ve noticed this within myself , when I am constantly on my phone, even passively consuming content, my internal state shifts.
Ramadan is a mercy because it offers us a reset.
It invites us to guard the door of the mind. To step back. To become aware. To face the fear instead of running from it. Not suppressing it. Not distracting ourselves with busyness. But sitting with it and gently asking: What am I truly afraid of? And where have I misplaced my trust?
True peace comes from tawakkul, surrender, and reliance upon Allah. while still taking responsible action.
This kind of inner shift does not happen through information alone. It happens through awareness, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. It requires courage to sit with discomfort rather than escape it.
And this is precisely why emotional healing matters.
For the month of Ramadan, I am offering a discounted rate on my one-on-one emotional healing packages. I understand how important this work is, especially in a month that calls us back to our fitrah, back to sincerity, back to truth. I want to make this support accessible to more of you during this sacred time.
The discount will run for the month of Ramadan. However, because this is one-on-one work, once I reach capacity, I will not be taking on additional clients at the discounted rate.
If you have been feeling stuck in cycles of fear, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or scarcity, this may be your invitation.
Life will always bring challenges. As long as we are living, we will experience some form of pain. That is part of the human journey.
But suffering? That often comes from the stories we build around the pain.
Two people can go through the same hardship. One becomes consumed by it. The other moves through it with regulation, acceptance, and grounded trust. The difference is not the absence of difficulty; it is the presence of tools.
In our sessions, I guide you through:
- Emotional regulation
- Nervous system reset
- Mindset and thought awareness
- Present-moment grounding
- Acceptance and surrender practices
These tools are also available through my mindfulness workshops and masterclasses, accessible online for continuous learning. And for those who prefer to reflect independently, my book Journey to Growth is now available as an e-book ,a gentle companion for your inner work.
If this reflection stirred something within you and you feel ready to go deeper, you are welcome to explore the available emotional healing packages, workshops, and masterclasses on my website.

If it feels aligned, I would be honoured to support you.
My motto has always been simple: simplicity and consistency.
We often believe our problems are complex, so we assume the solution must be complex too. But healing does not require complication. It requires repetition. Awareness. Gentle honesty. Small daily shifts.
And perhaps this is the reflection I want to leave you with:
What if the life you are striving so hard to secure is already being sustained by a Lord who has never once failed you?
What if the peace you are searching for in numbers, savings, plans, and guarantees is actually waiting in surrender?
You do not need to stop planning. You do not need to abandon responsibility. But you are invited to soften your grip.
Guard your mind. Limit what unsettles your heart. Face your fear with compassion. And return your trust to the One who has always carried you.
May this Ramadan be a month where fear loosens its hold and tawakkul takes root.
With sincerity and du’a,
Nazia
